Azzurra Sky Pass is a monthly or annual subscription that entitles the named member to a set number of scenic flights per billing cycle in a Piper Cherokee PA-28, departing from Lincoln Park Airport (KLDJ), New Jersey.
Each flight accommodates up to 2 total passengers. The specific inclusions per flight vary by tier and are described on the Sky Pass landing page.
For Individual accounts, the named member (the person whose name and email appear on the subscription) must be one of the passengers on every flight booked through the membership.
All flights are subject to aircraft availability, pilot availability, weather, air traffic control (ATC), weight and balance, and Azzurra operating rules. Azzurra may reschedule any flight for safety, weather, ATC, aircraft, or operational reasons. Rescheduled flights do not count against your monthly flight allowance.
Unused flights do not roll over between billing cycles. Each cycle starts with a fresh allotment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. There is no cancellation fee.
Upgrades take effect immediately with Stripe proration (you pay the difference for the remainder of your current cycle). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Sky Pass is not combinable with Groupon offers, vouchers, discount codes, gift certificates, or any other promotional pricing.
Sky Pass has no cash value. Memberships are non-refundable except as required by law.
Each flight booking is issued a unique redemption code by Azzurra staff. Codes expire at the earlier of (a) 24 hours before the end of your billing period, or (b) 7 days after issuance. Expired codes that were not used do not restore flight credits unless Azzurra initiated the cancellation.
If Azzurra cancels a flight for weather, safety, ATC, or operational reasons, the flight credit is restored to your current billing cycle. Credits are not restored for member-initiated cancellations.
Azzurra City Tours LLC operates under FAA Part 91. Passengers fly at their own risk. Azzurra is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes due to weather, ATC, aircraft, or other operational factors.
Azzurra may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file. Continued use of Sky Pass after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
