All terms from the Individual Sky Pass Terms (v1.0.0) apply to Business accounts, with the following additions and modifications.
Business (Corporate) Sky Pass accounts are intended for companies, organizations, and entities purchasing flights on behalf of employees, clients, guests, or other designees.
The subscriber designates a Point of Contact (POC) who is authorized to schedule flights and designate passengers. The POC's name and email are captured at signup.
Unlike Individual accounts, Business accounts may designate different passengers for each flight. The named subscriber (company) does not need to have a specific individual present on every flight. Full passenger names must be provided to Azzurra staff at the time of each booking.
For each redemption, the POC must provide the full legal names of all passengers who will be on the flight. Azzurra reserves the right to verify passenger identity at the airport.
The subscribing company is responsible for ensuring that all designated passengers comply with Azzurra operating rules, FAA regulations, weight and balance requirements, and safety briefings. Azzurra does not assume any employer-employee or agency relationship with the designated passengers.
Use of Sky Pass by a company does not create, imply, or constitute an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between Azzurra City Tours LLC and the subscribing company, its employees, clients, or designated passengers.
Tax treatment of Corporate Sky Pass purchases is the buyer's responsibility. Consult your accountant for tax treatment of business gifts and employee rewards. Azzurra provides standard Stripe receipts with the company name for record-keeping.
All billing is processed through Stripe. Receipts include the company name as provided at signup. Azzurra does not issue separate invoices beyond Stripe receipts unless specifically arranged.
v1 of Sky Pass treats one subscription as one set of flight credits. Self-service sub-user management (assigning seats to specific employees) is planned for a future version.
